Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions on Payout
How do I know if I can request a payout right now? Check four things: you have the required winning days since your last payout (Core and Prestige), your best day is within the consistency percentage, your balance is above your post-payout balance (or your starting balance for a first payout), and 50% of your profit is at least the minimum payout. On Instant, also check that you've reached your profit goal.
Is the 50% based on my total profit or only the profit since my last payout? It's based on your profit from your starting balance: current balance minus starting balance. Money you've already withdrawn has left your balance, so it no longer counts as profit.
Can I request less than 50% of my profit? Yes. 50% is the most you can request. Any amount from the minimum payout up to that cap is fine.
What happens to the profit I don't withdraw? It stays in your account. You can request it on a future payout once you meet the requirements again.
What if 50% of my profit is more than the maximum payout? Your request is limited to the maximum payout. The rest stays in your account for a future request.
What if 50% of my profit is less than the minimum payout? Keep trading until 50% of your profit reaches the minimum payout for your account type. On Core and Prestige that means at least $200 in profit. On Instant, it means at least $2,000.
Why is every request on an Instant 25K account $1,000? The minimum and maximum payout on Instant 25K are both $1,000, so every request is exactly $1,000. You need at least $2,000 in profit before you can make it.
Why did my balance drop by more than I received? The full requested amount is deducted from your balance, and you receive 90% of it. A $2,500 request lowers your balance by $2,500 and pays you $2,250.
What counts as a winning day? Any trading day that closes with at least $250 in profit. A day that closes up less than $250, flat or down doesn't count toward your winning days.
Do winning days reset after a payout? Yes. Only winning days earned after your most recent payout count toward your next request.
Does Instant need winning days? No. Instant accounts have no winning day requirement, but they do have the strictest consistency rule (20%) and the highest minimum payout ($1,000).
I don't meet the consistency rule. What can I do? Keep trading. As your total profit grows on other days, your best day becomes a smaller share of it. Once it's within your account's percentage, you meet the rule.
When can I request my next payout? Once your balance is above your post-payout balance, you have the required number of new winning days, and you meet the consistency rule.
What if my balance drops below my post-payout balance? You'll need to trade back above that balance before you can request again.
Is the maximum payout per request or per month? Per request. It's the most you can withdraw in a single payout.
