• Data Deletion: Upon cancellation, your personal information and trading data will be retained for a period as required by regulatory compliance. After this period, your data will be securely deleted.

• Account Reinstatement: Once an account is canceled, it cannot be reinstated. Traders who wish to rejoin TX3 Funding Futures must create a new account and go through the evaluation process again.
